Soluware has its headquarters here, embedded in the economic and cultural heart of the enchanting Lake Constance-Upper Swabia region. As a proud subsidiary of the Schulz Group, we share the same company headquarters.
The Schulz Group combines the know-how and structures of various companies in the fields of engineering, mechanical engineering, software development and investment. The aim is to create synergies and promote knowledge transfer in order to make optimum use of economic, social and ecological resources.
Our vision “Complex Software. Made easy.” has driven us since we were founded in 2016. Using state-of-the-art tools and methods, Soluware's agile team focuses on forward-looking topics in the field of Industry 4.0.
In addition to developing software for industrial automation and the automotive industry, we provide our customers with comprehensive advice on process and quality issues in software development.
2016
Founded as a software development and service company with a focus on quality and processes. Our goal: innovative solutions for regional customers.
2017
Amelie Schulz becomes Managing Director of Soluware and a new brand image is established.
2018
Founding of the hardware development team and opening of a hardware laboratory.

Expansion of the Soluware competence centers into five teams.

Felix Werner joins the management team alongside Jochen Schaz with responsibility for quality, processes and project management.
