Soluware is an innovative software company based in the Lake Constance Upper Swabia region. Since its foundation in 2016, the company has been developing high performance software solutions for industrial and technology oriented applications.

The service portfolio includes the conception, development and further development of individual software as well as support for digital transformation projects. In doing so, Soluware combines technological expertise with structured processes and a clear commitment to quality and efficiency.

Today, Soluware is part of kessler systems. In the course of the integration, competencies in software and hardware were strategically combined and the portfolio was expanded accordingly.

Through the close integration of software development and electronic implementation, comprehensive solutions are created in which development and technology interlock seamlessly. Clients benefit from an expanded technological spectrum and an integrated perspective across all project phases.

2016

Founded as a software development and service company with a focus on quality and processes. Our goal: innovative solutions for regional customers.

2017

Amelie Schulz becomes Managing Director of Soluware and a new brand image is established.

2018

Founding of the hardware development team and opening of a hardware laboratory.

2019

Expansion of the Soluware competence centers into five teams.

2023

Felix Werner joins the management team alongside Jochen Schaz with responsibility for quality, processes and project management.

2025

Soluware becomes part of kessler systems. Through the acquisition, both companies combine their software and hardware expertise to deliver integrated customer solutions.

At the same time, he is Founder and Managing Director of kessler systems, founded in 2010 and today an internationally active technology partner for electronics, hardware and manufacturing. With the integration of Soluware, he is driving the close connection between software and hardware and strengthening the position as a holistic technology partner for industry and digitalisation.

Born in Ravensburg, she brings many years of experience from international technology companies such as IBM and Diebold Nixdorf and is responsible for Sales, Marketing and Human Resources.
